Suölo®reduced sodium salt made with fine sea salt and black pepper
INGREDIENTS: Sea Salt (47%), Mineral Salts (Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride), Black Pepper (5%) Anticaking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Carbonate)
Black Pepper (Piper nigrum) is known as the “King of Spices”. It contains the highly flavoured compound piperine which makes it a favourite for seasoning with home cooks and chefs alike. The flavour enhancing properties of Suölo® perfectly complements the strong aromatic flavour of black pepper.
Black pepper also has significant biological properties and it’s bioactive compounds are used in medicine, preservation and perfumery.
Studies have shown that Black Pepper and its active compound piperine may have anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and cancer-fighting properties. It has also been observed that it may also promote brain and gut health.
