INGREDIENTS: Sea Salt (46%), Mineral Salts (Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride), Black Pepper (5%), Dried Seaweed (Ascophyllum nodosum) (4%), Anticaking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Carbonate)
The natural levels of glutamates in seaweed provides an umami boost to foods and seasonings.
It not only tastes good but the Hebridean Seaweed found in suölo contains a huge range of minerals, trace elements, vitamins, amino acids and essential fatty acids. Seaweed is the only natural plant-based source of essential iodine.
